Core Constant is a blog and a wellness resource site designed around holistic fitness.
Unlike many trainers who came from competitive sports backgrounds, my fitness journey began in college, where I learned to adapt workouts around my limitations and build strength sustainably.
Having navigated my own journey with disabilities and health challenges, I understand firsthand that fitness isn’t just about exercise, it’s also about developing a mindset around movement that works for your body, not against it. You should exercise to love your body, not to hate it.
My Approach
I get bored with workouts really easily. And I think this is super common for a lot of people.
It's one reason why fitness studios like OrangeTheory, F45, and CrossFit thrive. Those studios mix things up every session. That's my approach too. I can't stand sticking with a typical "program."
More importantly, everything we do at the gym should be in the service of our regular day-to-day lives. Your gains in the gym should benefit your regular life.
